I eventually got bored of using the PocketCHIP launcher that wasn't able to do many many things. I finally found a launcher that works well for such a tiny screen.
Step 1We need to do some things in the terminal first. Go to your terminal Run "su" Type in superuser password (Default is "chip") Run "apt-get update" if you haven't done it before. Say yes when it asks if you want to continue (Note: This won't be a pop up window.) Wait for it to finish. This usually will take only a minute or two.
Step 2We need to get some software now. Run "apt-get install lxde" Say yes again Wait. This may take up to five minutes.
Step 3We need to logout now. This may seem weird but it works. Run "killall x-session-manager" Now look at the top right of the login screen. There is a drop down menu that should have window managers listed and one (Default Xsession) selected. Select LXDE. Now login with chip as the username and your password. (The default is chip [Yes, again])
Step 4Tada! Now you should have an easier time. If you want to go back you can just logout and select Xsession (Do Xsession not Pocket-wm, or problems arise in window management)
TiP: Hold alt button and drag windows to move them. This works on the original window manager too.
